The CWJ series side feeders can feed the fillers, such as powder, granule and short fiberglass, and additives in the extruder from its side. The double screw rods with same direction could basically realize the functions of self-clean and smooth delivery, they could be connected to any opened cylinder of the processing section.
Characteristics:
1. This side feeder is equipped with the height fine adjusting mechanism, which could eliminate the harmful effects caused by the uneven ground;
2. The cylinder of the side feeder and gearbox are connected by the splined sleeve and locked by the lock nuts at both sides.
3. We have designed the clear window at the linkage segment of the splined sleeve, which could be used for observation. There's a drawer at the lower position of the linkage segment of the splined sleeve, which could be used for easily clean the wastes.
4. The cylinder lining adopts the integrated and wear-resistance alloy steel sleeve.
